  1. A fan draws in air containing ambient heat, converting the internal refrigerant liquid into a gas.
  2. A compressor then pressurizes this gas, generating heat, which is used to warm the water inside the tank.
  3. After heating, the gas returns to a liquid state, and the cycle begins again.
